official hotels listed below. TK park has negotiated special rates
with hotels located close to the IFLA Satellite Meeting venue
and these rates will only apply if booking is made through the
reservation link or the booking form show on the website. A range
of hotels and room rates per night, including breakfast and special
benefits are shown below.Room Reservation
1. Room rates, which are quoted in Thai Baht at prevailing
exchange rate on arrival, are inclusive of 10% service charge and
7% government tax.2. If any government tax are introduced or raised within this period, the Organizing Committee reserves right to adjust the rates according to reflect the change.
3. Reservation will be processed on a first-come-first-serve basis
4. Reservation at the special conference rates cannot be assured after 16 July 2013
Check-in
• Check-in time is 14:00 hrs. on the day of your arrival.• To ensure your rooms be ready prior to your early arrival, may suggest to reserve for the day before. The room charge will be based on the daily room rate.
Check-out
• Check-out time is 12:00 hrs. on the day of your departure.• Room rate will apply for late check-out, please check with your hotel.
