Thailand Knowledge Park
Thailand Knowledge Park (TK Park) is more than TK Park originally opened its door to the public on January 24, 2005, with the main objective to provide and encourage an alternative learning channel for Thai children and youth.
Designed with the 21st Century in mind, it is a truly multimedia space comprising of a Learning Auditorium, IT Library and Cafe, Mini Theatres, Music Library, Quiet Room and many more state of-the-art facilities.
There is also a well-stocked library with a good selection of fiction as well as non-fiction, journals and magazines in the Reading Park and Mediatheque. In the Children's Room, little ones are encouraged to take up reading for fun in the honeycomb reading nook they can climb inside and curl up in.
At TK Park, seminars are held, skilled workshops offered, intelligent films are aired in the mini theatres, inspiring performances fill the Open Square, and in the Reading Park, people of all shapes and sizes in comfy positions are absorbed in the world of books.
The role of TK Park is like an "outdoor classroom", marking a starting point in the Thai society to create a pleasant learning atmosphere and participate in the learning and sharing of expereinces in different dimensions.
